Challenge
TheMarket was operating in a highly competitive e-commerce space, needing to rapidly scale its digital presence while maintaining a consistent brand across web, CRM and social. With a wide product offering and evolving customer behaviours, the challenge was to create cohesive, high-performing creative that could adapt quickly and support data-driven decision-making.
Solution
Built scalable style guides and modular design components to streamline production and enable faster, more consistent output. Art directed cross-channel campaigns and partnered with marketing and CRM teams to deliver high-impact creative. Used data and A/B testing to iterate quickly, applying UX/UI and motion design to improve engagement and performance.
